Lahloo Pantry
Wall Illustration by Ginger Monkey (Tom Lane)
From Ginger Monkey: Lahloo Pantry is a wonderful new Tea shop in Clifton, Bristol. But it's not you average Tea shop, it's uber cool! Lahloo was the name of one of the clipper ships that brought tea from China to London and was skippered by Kate Gover's (founder of Lahloo Tea) great-great grandfather. I was asked to create an illustration for the wall of the shop that told her story and the story of the Lahloo to her customers. The entire piece was hand-lettered and later rendered in vector.
