A few weeks ago was inaugurated Ibaji, one of the restaurants that are part of the enormous gastronomic Parisian project "La Jeune Rue". This tiny little but adorable restaurant is specialised in Corean food; very selected (because of its "tinytude attitude" (yes, this word doesn't exist, but i loooove to invent words) is only able to receive the 23rd first lucky guests who are able to have a table there.
The chef? Sukwon Yong (ok, my article wasn't focused on the food, but it's always interesting to know the name of the Chef!)
The Designer of the restaurant? The italian international recognised architect Paola Navone who was challenged to decorate and set up the minuscule interior of Ibaji.
What i like the most was the massive (and patient) work of the tiles intentionally "broken"and hazardous disposed, that covers literally floor, walls, roof and also the facade.
The majestic chandeliers are composed by a succession of plastic and coloured baskets, and also the colander that we use to not lose the spaguetti, and funnels and other kind of ustensiles we use in the kitchen. Smart hein?
What i like the less: the facade sort Sephora's graphic style, but let's just don't compare and forget it.
