Lake Inez was all that I imagined it would be. 💜 we had Frickin Melted Queso and Fresh Chips (veg version sans scallops); Chanterelle, Shitake and New Potato (vegan version without the cheese and chicken skin) and Evan had the Endless Winter Salad. (I had to steal the restaurant’s photo - sorry! - because it was too dark to take a decent photo of it!)
