⭐ A lovely little food hack that I use regularly... Cauliflower Rice! ⭐ Rice is high in carbs, calories and is a red food within our plan. It can make you feel bloated, tired and yuck (well it does me now anyway, as I've learnt how these high carb foods make me feel). Cauliflower rice is a fabulous substitute for this, keeping it healthy and is a green food and low calories👌 It's not that you CAN'T have rice though! As you work your way up through the steps it's where the magic happens, learning how you feel and introducing different foods in slowly to stabilise your weight loss. 🎯 This has really helped me to maintain my weight loss as I'm much more aware of what types of food is going in! 💪 Little hacks such as Cauliflower Rice, Courgetti Spaghetti and Celeriac Chips really help along the way. 🥣🍲🍲 What's other hacks can you think of or use to tweak a meal?
