paisley was still in shock from the events of the night before, and if you ever think of the word to describe it, messy doesn't even do justice to it all. ever since she was the one to find tiffany's body, the doctor has been shook to her core, struggling to deal with the distress that day has given her, and all she needed at those times was someone, yet at the same time she didn't want to be a burden to others who are definitely going through harder things than she does. with that, she coped with it in a way she knew how, distractions, and that for sure, came from, well, not just percy, or cam, but also harrison. little did she know the man whom she had leaned on for distraction, was the one responsible for the deaths that had went on, responsible for the dead body she had found herself, and she couldn't help but blame herself for not seeing it.
percy has driven her back to her place instead the night before, and all she did was stay in the shower most of it, trying to clean herself up from any traces she felt harrison had on her. she hasn't slept a wink, as the gravity of it all rested on her shoulders. and as the sun rose up, she gets ready to face the music, the person she's hurt throughout this, lakeyn. she finds herself standing in front of her door, and it took a couple of minutes for her to have the courage to knock and come in, planning to pack her things that she has left at her place, since she had been staying with her for a while now. she knew, from the very moment that lakeyn has announced to everyone what had happened between her and harrison, she knew there wasn't any reason that she was welcome at lakeyn's place anymore. her head was down the whole time, until she finally speaks. "i...i just need to pick up my stuff, then i'll be out of your sight." she sighs, before heading to where her suitcase had been.
