BASIC INFO:
27 years old, Hal lives by himself in a very quiet apartment. He is very friendly toward the neighbors- although now that we're mentioning it, he doesn't remember seeing them in quite a while..- and has a. Decent. Public image. He's a little weird, maybe sometimes too impulsive, a bit brash, but he means well. Majority of the time.
He usually does whatever he can to benefit himself, but it doesn't come out of malice. Hal.. doesn't care about people too much. He's been locked in this mind state ever since he was a child, not being entirely aware of what's happening around him or the cues thrown his way. This is mostly due to intense isolation when he was in his younger years, not being properly introduced to other kids and societal norms and being overprotected by his mother, which stunted his development. He can feel for others around him, but he usually stops thinking about it very shortly after. This has exceptions.
Hal likes collecting whatever things he can and making something new out of it- one man's trash is another man's treasure is what they say! He usually ends up selling those things by a reasonable price, and knowing his (shocking) popularity, he makes enough to make the day. It's a comfortable life, even if it's not the best. He's pretty skilled at it, but it does leave a lot of tiny cuts and wounds sometimes.. Ouch! This is what you get for fumbling around with glass and blades, I guess.

BASIC INFO:
28 years old, Trevor is the local sad slop of a man everyone has seen at least once. Trevor is incredibly formal, using a lot of complicated words and signing all his documents in cursive. Ploo. How boring. He is very well liked by several people, or at least tolerated in majority of spaces he frequents. He is also not entirely connected to the world around him, but he just kind of. Ignores that. He's normal, after all.
Trevor did not have the best upbringing. His mother struggled a lot with her own mental health, causing her to, even if unintentionally, neglect her son which left him at the hands of his father.
His father was. Not kind.
Trevor hated that man.
He refuses to talk about it.
..Anyways, Trevor always tries to see the best in people despite having reason to fully believe the opposite. He thinks it's unfair to judge someone so early without even knowing their full background. This does not mean he doesn't get annoyed, however, a trait he (unfortunately) inherited from his pa.
He does get a few stares from people due to his appearance and his career of choice- working in a mortuary is not something many would consider their dream job, but he has reason for it! He thinks there's a beauty in being able to prepare people's loved ones for them to see them one last time and give their proper goodbyes. The process of that itself is a little gross though..
