A Painted Symphony - 🟣

Finally finished my fanart inspired by the official orchestral concert A Painted Symphony.

I really enjoyed this concert last week in Lumière Paris — I couldn't stop crying through the whole performance. I completely broke down when they finished the Lampmaster theme and went on to the themes of Gustave and Renoir ;-;

I'm not sure if it counts as a spoiler, the stage was decorated with lamps all around the performers from the spring meadows all the way throughout the entire symphony….it felt like the guiding lights and the lampmaster itself. I'm so in love with this design which inspired me to draw this fanart.

The whole symphony felt like an illusion, every character told their own story through the painted symphony in reality.

There are still many scenes I want to paint from memory (if I have more time in the future...)

Inktober Day 4 - Murky nothing good happens at the lighthouse

The Lampmaster is, without a doubt, my favorite boss in Clair Obscur: Expedition 33. His soundtrack is absolutely phenomenal, and his design, built entirely from countless hands, is simply unforgettable. And then there's Clea... She's still one of the most complex and morally ambiguous characters in the game, but she has created so many beautiful neurons in my brain. I just love the way she was written, and her visual design is incredible.

'Tis done! Me fanart of the LAMPMASTER!

This was a fun one to study and draw. Also experimented a little more with colour dodging -- I might get addicted to this.

Not really sure what actually drew me to the Lampmaster. I would like to think that it was the boss music that played at the time -- a sort of warped, haunted remix of Handel's Concerto Grosso (also one of my favourite baroque era pieces) -- but perhaps there is more to it than that.
