The next cute adventure on Xiao-Yu's itinerary: setting up a school for the kittens in his bedroom and calling it the "Maoshi." Yu Min also asks for pictures of the Jingshi kittens! But Xiao-Yu (unsatisfied by his cat-drawing skills) paints one side of each kitten with ink and stamps them onto his letters to make side-view kitten art. Dx
bakery bao xiao-yu is being despondent in toddler? Bee-shidi has been confiscated for mending and washing, so xiao-yu is doing his utmost to cosplay a small wet cat, all alone in the world.
Wei Wuxian: If you're a small wet cat all alone in the world, A-Niang will bring you into the bakery, bathe you, dry you with a fluffy towel, put you in a cozy basket near the oven, and feed you mice.

the wangxian baos are getting the early-morning zoomies? wwx and lwj are glad that 2/3 of the baos (xiao-yu and a-chun) are using this time to do quiet stuff like reading romance novels. lan-bao is out here going on toddler quests for snacks and cuddles.

Chun-bao, 13 months old: Since I'm awake, I'll worm my way under Papa's arm, stick my little toes into A-Niang's sleeve, and be Extra Cozy. <3

Minghui, puzzled after three Xiao-Yu-less days at the Baoshi: Hey, A-Yu! Why weren't you at school today?
Xiao-Yu, trundling along the path with an enormous jar almost as big as he is: Can't talk. It's pickle-making time.
xiao-yu sees that his a-niang is sick? wwx now gets to borrow bee-shidi for a few days until he feels better. Bee-shidi is cuddling wwx since xiao-yu has to sleep in his own bed while wwx is sick.
Meanwhile, Xiao-Yu is snuggling with the kittens at night and suggesting the use of honey as a cough medicine during the day (he wants some, too). ❤️
