I recently interviewed Lance Forman, owner of H Forman & Son, a family business from east London. Their business was once based  where the Olympic stadium now stands (on the running track I believe).

It's a fascinating chat - Lance provides some interesting history of his business and the area, and then discusses what London 2012 has done to local business. He is damning of the local regeneration side of the Olympic legacy and presents some opinions that all Londoners need to hear.
