My newest picture!  I had a lot of fun experimenting with this sort of black and white/color splash idea.  I think it really fits with our boy Lance :D

Haha yeah so I drew another picture of Lance because nobody can stop me.  Not even me.  XD  I wanted to practice with lighting, and I realllyyy liked how it turned out!

I just wanted to say thank you again for all the notes on my comic, you have no idea how much it means to me!  I’m glad my art can make you people smile :) 

If you guys like this, let me know and I might do the rest of the paladins plus Allura.  (No promises though as school is going to swamp me soon but i will try my best!)

The stars weaved themselves in his hair, a beautiful glowing cluster of stars that ringed around his head like a crown on a king. They were warm, calming even, as they whispered to him in his ears. Lance looked down at his feet, eyes shimmering with unshed tears as he looked at the glowing water lapping at him gently before turning his gaze to the night sky above. His heart swelled with happiness and a smile grew on his face as he turned around to face his family, at Pidge who put a hand over her heart as she smiled back. 

He was grateful towards her for she was the one who found this place that reminded him so much of home. He took a step forward, laughing as he joined them on the shore and brought all of them for a hug. Each of them whispered the same words over and over along with his name and so many heartfelt wishes. Arms wrapped around the group, around Lance for the galaxy, even for just this moment, was his.

It may not have been Varadero beach, or Cuba, or even Earth with his family, but this family, the ones hugging him, joking and teasing and smiling, was one he never wanted to change. And as a few tears escaped his eyes even when laughter bubbled at his throat, Lance knew he wouldn't change this for the world and this was a birthday he wouldn't ever forget.
