After hearing about how much Lance missed rain, Pidge decided to build a device that would scan earths weather at specific coordinates and then transfer it into that magical altean landscape room in the castle.  The room would then generate whatever part land that was scanned, complete with generated sounds, weather, and smells.  Pidge scanned one of his favorite beaches back home, and surprised him with a rainy taste of home.  Needless to say, Lance was ecstatic :)

Here we have some Lance in the rain...

Head canon where the team finds a rain planet, and everyone's all like “uhhg” (especially Pidge haha) and they’re walking along and suddenly notice Lance just standing there with his face straight up and he’s cry-laughing.  He’s just so happy and they’ve never seen him so genuine before.  So they all take a break to splash in the puddles together and ahhhh-

I dunno, I just want my son to see rain againnnnn XD

I drew a picture of my boy Lance because he is a sweet cinnamon roll who deserves the best XD XD XD 

I want the team to realise how homesick he is and how lonely he feels and then find a planet that has earth-like rain and take him there.  I guess this is how I imagine he’d react seeing rain again after so long.
