I don’t think so (in canon at least). My hc is that she would have probably told him sometime after the gala (they started dating from then and you can’t convince me otherwise)

Ethan would definitely be pissed, since no one messes with MC (Protective husband!) and Landry endangered the lives of patients for his stupid sabotage. So yeah, the next time Landry meets his idol won’t be the sweetest encounter😊
