Meet Professor Risa Mangrove, field researcher of the Laneoki Region, and major liaison for your Pokemon journey!
Professor Risa Mangrove was a fairly young scholar when she began her position in the Laneoki Region. An outdoorswoman at heart (to the surprise of many), Risa is at her best out of the lab and in the mud and muck of the region, which is quite prevalent! In one of her swamp labs to the west of Marquise, and north of Riverstone, Risa observes environmental changes in the water and climate, and their effects on the Pokemon that live in these keystone habitats. However, it is currently her duty to help young Trainers through their journey in this temperamental landscape, and she may be pried away from her work just long enough to help!
