The Yeti is described as an ape-like creature found on Mount Everest in Tibet. The Yeti is described as a large ape similar to the more well-known Bigfoot. The Yeti is depicted as white but can also be brown as well. In a Monastery in Tibet the Tibetan Monks have a Yeti scalp however when it was tested it was found that it as actually goat hair. The first Yeti footprint to be photographed was taken by Eric Shipton in 1951 on his Everest Expedition. The Yeti even had its own stamps in Kyrgyzstan. Experts believe that the Yeti could be a large bear or a Langar Monkey while many still hold to the idea that the Yeti is in fact real.
