🚨Great day for the team with @suneelmose just after @erik_wickstroom in the biggest Danish rollerski race … congrats also to Eric the Swede 🇸🇪 whom dared to come and raid in Denmark, we will have to be more than 3 skiers from the team on the line next time you come 🇩🇰😎🤗

Our best Sune “the king of Craisy Daisy” / “the master of poses” and you name it 😘 he finishes as total Danish Champion 🏆long distance classic, plus Danish champion M40 & then we had @joachimrosbo back at it again whom finishes Danish champion 🏆 m21 🎉🎉 great job guys 🙌🙌🤩🤩

“Chamonix to Nice” or “Ski to Sea” project was a total of 8457 positive metres of climbing done on 4 days of roller skiing with 7 mountain stages along the route 💥🤗 Above all this was an “adventure tour” with a side project to promote XC skiing and the Skiclassics alike with the Tour de France. Skiing on the same mountain passes as the cyclists, talking about how the pro-tour we have tried and want to do again is the same build up as Tour de France with it’s jerseys, teams and different stages 🙌 This tour was done on lower intensity with easier rolling wheels. Since it was a bit on the unknown territory being on alone, Bjørn was defensive with the heart rate. The maximum allowed by himself was 150BPM for shorter amounts of time 🤠(maximum 190BPM in double poling xc skiing). This was an adventure tour and the route passed some mythical mountain roads often used in Tour de France like Col de Saisies, Col de la Madeleine, Col du télégraphe, Col de Glibber, Col d’Izoard, Col de Vars and last Col de la Bonette with the highest paved road in Europe 😍. The project was unsupported and hence Bjørn had to get himself down from the mountain by own means, which meant hitch hiking was the fastest option, carrying only the strict necessary on a hip backpack, the weight still was an extra 5 kilos with water and extra clothes. Lots of friendly people helped Bjørn down from the mountain roads, since roller skiing is not an option 🙏😉 Cyclists were doing the same route and they were very helpful in taking photos and videos, cheering along the way 🥳😍 The project came to an end in Nice, a bit of parade along the Sea and a nice swim in the Mediterranean! 🌊🎬

BREAKING NEWS 💥 Skåne Power 💥 Since year 1658 Skåne has been occupied by Sweden 🇸🇪 This is one of the many reasons why we made a plan to liberate the xc skiing princess of Skåne to Danish territory again 😎🤣 Both as a plaster on the wound in terms of the territory, but also as revenge for the spanking we have taken this season from the Swedish big brother on the xc skis 🤣😝

On a more serious note, we warmly welcome Ebba Johansson from @skiteamskane whom we met at Vasaloppet 2023 around Mora. We know that she also comes from a region where rollerskis are a necessity to get functional ski training as in Denmark, hence we have a lot in common. Also we want to support Ebba in trying the long distance skiing along with her goals in other parts of xc skiing without any pressure. We will be offering a team where there are no stressful expectations, the fun part should be the most important and hopefully help in continued motivation for a young athlete like Ebba.
