How to learn any language in 6 months by Chris Lonsdale
Everyone has a moment where he or she wishes they knew something earlier. And NOW is the one of that moments for me. I found this Ted Talk by Chris Lonsdale which Lonsdale suggests five principles and seven actions to learn a language in six months.
Here are the methods he provided in the TED video:
Principle 5
1. Focus on language content that is relevant to you.
2. Use your new language as a tool to communicate from day 1.
3. When you first understand the message, you will unconsciously acquire the language .
4. Physiological Training.
5. Psycho-physiological State Matters!
-This principle means be positive and faithful in yourself, so that you can learn the language to be fluent ultimately.

Action 7
1. Listen a lot! Get brain soaked
2. Focus on getting the meaning first. Non-verbal language means more than verbal language.
3. Start Mixing. 10 verbs * 10 nouns * 10 adjectives = 1000 expressions
4. Focus on core. 3000 words cover 98% of English conversations.
5. Get a language parent. (Learning from adults is better than learning from kids.
6. Copy the face. (Try to speak English like a native speaker as much as you can.)
7. Direct Connect to Mental Images (Visualize the language into memorable scenes.)
