Lost and Found // Closed RP with Lanterngal

Jack flew through the air with not a care in the world, letting snow trail in his wake. He felt wonderful, finally getting to unleash all his pent up energy bringing winter with him across the forest.

He had a goal in mind, a place he'd wanted to visit. There was a girl he used to visit, in a tower far away. He hadn't had the chance to visit her in the past few years, his guardian duties pulling him away from his yearly visits. He wasn't the greatest at keeping track of time, either, so he wasn't even sure how many years it had been since his last visit.

But now that he'd had free time, he was going to rreturn to visit one of his most dedicated believers. The girl in the tower. As he saw the tower in the distance, he slowed dwon his speed. so he could gently land on the windowsil. It hadn't changed since the last time he'd been there. A feeling of nervousness came over him as he wondered if the girl would still believe in him. He took a breath as he entered her window, not seeing her right away. He let his staff drag behind him , sending frost patterns along the floor.

When the girl pressed the button there was a bright flash and Jack found himself knocked back and on the ground. He groaned, shaking his head and then rubbed his temples. "What...happened..." Then he looked at his hands. They were small, and -- for once -- had a little color in them. "Wh-what...?
