Listen to my stupid headcanon I just made up: Shrike especies babies are so tiny when they're born (I'd even say you can't see their mothers' bellies when they're pregnant). They're so small they fit in the palm of your hand or even in containers like glasses, as shown in the drawing. I was mostly inspired by how squid are born and seeing how tiny they are I wanted to add that idea to the world of Monkey Wrench

Lanydae and Mastiff

I just created this headcanon: Lany taught her grandson, Mastiff, how to fix and build things, hence his love of creating and repairing things.

I don't know, I really love these kinds of interactions between Shrike's family. And I really love that Grandma Lanydae loves her grandchildren. 🥺😭✨
