STOP!! This is probably the most important post you'll read today. When you ask an Event Planner for full service, make sure you show them THIS post because this is what you are asking from them. 1 - Hiring vendors and booking venues. This includes negotiating rates, managing the timeline, site inspections and addressing any potential logistical issues. 2 - Risk Management: forecasting and evaluation of financial and procedural risks 3 - Creating guest experiences: RSVPs, seating, welcome bags, hotel rooms, transportation, meals and thoughtful details. 4 - Outside of event day activities: pre events, VIP or rehearsal dinners, honeymoons and much more. 5 - Having a team. Full service is not done with one person. A team is needed for every aspect of your event. 6 - Admin Work: managing budget, meeting reminders, payment schedules, finding ways to save money. 7 - Event Production AND Design. There is a difference between these two and planning. 8 - Event Ninja. The person blocking all drama, but we aren't your therapist. 9 - Visual Jedi. The person steaming clothes, making sure photos and videos are delivered, the wedding party and VIPs look gorgeous. • • • • • #dceventplanner #eventplanning #dcweddingplanner #eventdesign #lapartyplanner #eventprofs #eventstyling #events #laweddingcoordinator #eventcoordinator #eventdecor #eventmanagement #partydecor #eventdesigner #eventstylist #andrewrobyevent #weddingplanning #southfloridaweddings #miamiweddings #bridalshower #destinationwedding #catering #weddingseason #desserttable #bridetobe #luxurywedding #tablesetting #birthdayparty #lawedding #weddingideas https://www.instagram.com/p/B1wYK4kDlAF/?igshid=1vakoyoqa8w4d
