Speech season is among us.

Just got back earlier from doing Reader's Theatre at our All-State Large Group Speech Festival. We did Charlotte's Web. I played Mr. Arable and a baby Spider at the end. We did AMAZINGLY, but we didn't do good enough to get the Judge's Choice and the Banner. :c

Had large group speech, it was pretty great. Both of my groups are going to state. Whoop!

So today, in about one and half hours, I will find out whether or not my improv group made all state.  If I do, I will be ecstatically happy.  But if I don't, that's okay too.  My friends and I have always joked that our first ever improv of December of my freshman year was our best.  And now we've done better than that.  It would be poetic for our final improv to be the one that finally, finally trumps that very first one. I'm just thankful I was able to have this experience and share the laughs I've shared.
