Ingredients: 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/2 cup almond flour. 4 large eggs. 1/2 cup heavy cream. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup chopped green onions. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and grease a 9-inch pie plate. Put the cooked chicken, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Spread this mix out evenly in the pie dish that has been greased. Mix the eggs and heavy cream together with a whisk in a different bowl. The egg mix should be poured over the chicken and cheese in the pie dish. The grated Parmesan cheese should be put on top. Set the oven to 350F and bake the quiche for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down for a few minutes before cutting it.
