Here’s one of my extra large memory boxes that was recently dispatched. Measuring 40cm x 30cm x 14cm is the biggest one I make and is perfect for A4 kids paintings 🖼 and photographs, baby outfits and larger treasures. Ready to be listed in my @Etsy shop soon. I’m going to be making one for each of my girls to record their whole life and give it to them when they as a grown up. A few weeks ago, a lovely lady contacted me to make a memory box for her lovely Gran who had sadly passed away. Her requests were for it to be large enough to hold her Gran’s recipe books, to have lillies and a string of pearls on the lid, her Gran’s name and a little photo frame so she could add a photo of her and her Gran. I loved making it and it was a truly custom order with all these personalised elements. It arrived in the USA just recently and she sent me a message to say how much she loved it which really warmed my heart with a photo to show me the picture of her and her gran . I’m always open to custom orders. Many plans may have been cancelled but my imagination hasn’t been.
