Footwear and foot size research

Do you have feet, and know the size of some of the people in your family?

For my dissertation and final major project I have decided to focus on footwear for people with large feet. To collect data, I have made this questionnaire, where I am trying to determine whether or not the average footwear size have gone up over the past generations. So, what I want to know is your, your parent’s, and your grandparent’s footwear sizes and year of birth. There is an option to answer “Not known” (just scroll to the bottom of the answer options) in case you don’t know, but if you can give an educated guess, that would be better. And if you think you can’t fill it out because you haven’t got big feet, that is not the point: To find the average I need big, small and average, so please, pretty, pretty please spare a few minutes to answer these questions.
