Photos taken at night in the 1960s always look surreal. Suddenly they de-age the scene and could merely be a shaky phone pic taken now.

But the subjects date it to the 1960s exclusively, the DMU on the left belongs to a class that never saw service beyond 1969.

Murky capture of a Class 108 DMU in the grotty surrounds of 60's Nottingham. This station closed the same year the picture was taken, possibly this was its last day of trade.
