These two works of art depict two of the major characters in a project I have on hiatus currently but am still 100% committed to, Valefarer.

Death depicts Briar Emberwill in her truest form: a sacrifice to the greater good. Briar is a knight, a princess, a woman running from destiny, a dead girl, a lover, a daughter, a thorn.

The Star depicts Lark Valefarer, Springsworn Priestess of the goddess of Life and the Harvest... and sometimes accidental necromancer. Lark is a healer, a water-bringer, a leader, a loner, the victim of misunderstanding, and the champion over death.

And yes, friends, they're 100% gay.
