Happy Valentine’s Day to you all!

To everyone reading this, Ya’ll deserve all the love in the world.

Now I don’t have any cute shippy art for you, unfortunately, but I found something else instead!

So instead, here is a cute Larnelo hug!

Larsa sighed again. “I shall take my leave now,” his eyes darted to the door, then to the floor, avoiding her. “Goodnight, Penelo.” He shot a quick smile at her and started heading towards the door before she could even respond.

“Wait,” she called, and he stopped in his tracks, reluctantly turning around to face her again. A thin layer of fear coated his eyes, and Penelo didn’t understand why it was there.

She approached him until she could see a rippling ocean in his wide eyes. “Goodnight to you too,” she said, her brows lifted in judgement of his shyness. Then, her face relaxed into a smile. “Thank you for everything, Larsa,” and she leaned forward to embrace him, gently wrapping her arms around his back, and resting her cheek on his left shoulder.

His hands were hesitant, as she felt them falter until he returned her embrace fully. His hands holding her upper back, he pulled her body closer to him more firmly, but still gentle. She relaxed against him further, and when she felt the beating of his heart, she couldn’t tell if it was speeding up with excitement, or slowing down in relaxation. Perhaps it was both, and she wondered if he could feel her heart doing the same.

With the remake of FFXII coming up I hope the Larnelo fandom will rise again.
