I kind of doubt that in the post below, Vaan and Penelo are meant to be sharing paopus like SoKai did in Kingdom Hearts III:
Like, it's probably actually just talking about starfruit.
(in the top left image there it mentions the starfruit)
Particularly since Vaanelo are sharing it with other people and not just each other:
But who knows? It could be a reference to the paopu fruit. And I've been wondering about that ever since I came across this scene again this year, upon watching a Let's Play of Revenant Wings (which is the first time I've done anything with Revenant Wings since I was a sophomore in high school, which was a number of years ago that I don't exactly want to specify. XD).
