Haha, you and me both! Yes, the orange one is new! Welcome to Larry watch. 🤝 Dunno what’s happening but we’re here for it. We’re now at a rate of one new photo per day. 😂

Do you think they'll stay at 0 or start following the new lineup when they're ready?

The smartest move would be to stay at 0 for now to not rock the boat. By the sound of things, it seems like they have session musicians and not permanent members. It would be embarrassing to add new people but later remove them if things don’t work out. 🫣 I honestly think the live shows in summer will be a test of how well they get on!

On the other hand, it would be weird for the band to just follow Van (and maybe Benji and Larry) but not Bondy and Bob without a statement of any kind. IF they announce the formal departure of Bondy and Bob respectfully (thanking them for their 7+ years of service), THEN they can nicely unfollow Bondy and Bob. But they haven’t done any of that so it’s 0 for now! I honestly don’t think they’ll follow people again but if things become stable then maybe.

If I were Van, I would do whatever it takes to make things right with Bondy and Bob again. Whether they come back/accept the apology or not is up to them but I would thank them for their time in the band and tell fans to support their new music (I would even link it too). Next, I would apologize to the fans who bought tickets for the Cardiff show they pulled out of. The fact that they deleted those posts without any explanation makes me think they won’t ever address it. 😩 But I would say they had good intentions to make it happen but due to instability in the band, they couldn’t and are sorry for the financial hardship and inconvenience caused. Most fans would understand but you will have some that will stay angry and that’s okay (they have a right to be angry). Doing those two things are very simple to do and would earn a lot of respect from fans. It’s not too late to make these statements, especially when they have everyone’s attention now. Better late than never and to start new again. Do I think they’ll actually do it? Probably not. 😟

I had to check that Bondy and Bob didn’t follow Larry and you’re right! The whole following/unfollowing thing is so complicated! 😩 I do think Larry is trying to be neutral. Like I don’t doubt he wishes things were okay between him, Bondy, and Bob. Maybe he just assumed I’m interested in Van bc of my profile picture but I do see the others in his tagged photos. 😁

What do you think was going on with Larry's instagram? Do you think he was changing the photos or was it a glitch the whole time?

I thought it was Larry but now I don’t know anymore. He has definitely messed with it early on though! This is a long post but I’ll summarize what happened.

22 Nov - I noticed his tagged photos was messed up and messaged him on IG.

23 Nov - I checked the next day and saw more photos. I don’t think I was refreshing his tagged photos. The photos were just there but maybe someone else can confirm.

24 Nov - I see one more new photo and feel bad that he’s potentially still stressing out about what photos to put back. The very last photo (See tickets) was new.

25 Nov - An anon sent me an ask saying there was a new photo between the two fan photos. I don’t think this was a glitch if we both saw the same thing.

Later the same day, there was another change. The See tickets were gone and replaced by a different photo! And that made me wonder if he knew we were looking at that particular area? 👀 My Tumblr link is in my bio so I thought maybe he found me from there and was amused we noticed the changes. I started “talking” to him through my hashtags and went to bed.

26 Nov - I woke up to no changes! Thought I proper scared him off so I posted this.

And then within a few hours, I saw this. At the time, I just took it as him messing with us. Yes, I’m delusional. 😂🙈

And then later the same day, I got this ask and two more photos popped up.

I admit at this point, I don’t remember if I was refreshing or not.

Oh yes! I remember the alligator with the lightsaber, he's definitely deleted a lot then. If it was in the last week do you think he knew there was an announcement coming today?

You remember it too! Glad I’m not going crazy. 😂 There was a lot going all the way back to 2014 or something. I remember going through it one time and I saved a lot of photos like these ones.

I wonder if he knew too bc the timing was very close. He was definitely online today bc there are more photos. Maybe he and Van still keep in touch.

Aww, thanks! 🥰 Idk why but I like talking to them even though it’s a one-sided conversation most of the time. 😂 Like even if they don’t reply, I wonder if they still read them, y’know? I really do hope they’re well though! I’m sure the last few years have been rough and they’re just like us. We’re all going through the same things…the pandemic, high COL, etc. We’re just trying to survive.

I’m pretty sure Larry’s DMs have slowed down after wiping his account so maybe he was like what’s this? 👀 I don’t really know if he saw my message but it was strange that more photos appeared. I’ll take it though! I wish I could thank him.

What changed?! Did you happen to get a screenshot? 👀 I was asleep and missed it! 😭 I also noticed if you refresh his tagged photos, more photos pop up but if you exit his page and come back, it’s back to these 3. His Instagram is all glitchy. 😩
