Really like the idea of a Star Wars AU Jedi apprentice Tim Drake who still learns to fight with a bo staff because he wants to reduce the chance of fatalities in his fights. A lightsaber is his go-to against other people with lightsabers, sure, but if he’s just fighting a normal person he’s going to hit them with a stick, not laser-sword them in half.

Tim will also fight lightsaber users with his bo staff whenever possible because the looks on their faces when he wins with it are priceless.

Oh no now I want Star Wars / Batman crossover but it’s not Batfam as Jedi or Mandalorians or Rebels it’s just Tatooine = Space Gotham.

They’re not fighting the Empire, they’re just non-Force-sensitives going up against the Hutts because fighting organized crime is what Batman does. Every single one of them is a different near-human or alien race.

Conclusion from talking with my housemates:

1. Putting Ezra “unhinged lightsaber-blaster combo” Bridger and Tim “logical progression to completely insane outcome” Drake in the same place will result in so many explosions.

2. Hera Syndulla is 100% immune to the Bat-glare. He can loom all he wants, it has absolutely zero affect.

Wait hold up would Duke Thomas’s light manipulation powers let him control lightsabers? Can he control lasers in the comics or just like, sunlight and normal lightbulbs? If some Jedi or Sith drew on him could he just YANK their blade right out of the hilt?

I just realized Ezra Bridger fits Batman’s adoption pattern to a T and I don’t know what to do with this realization.
