60 days left to 2020: are you panicked, thinking about all of the things that you didn’t finish this year?! 🙃🙃🙃 Yeah, that’s me, every November! ⚠️ There’s been a lot of distraction this year that has pulled my attention away from my own important plans. 👻 I found that turning off the TV (I did it years ago) and staying away from social media helps me to stay focused on my own stuff. 🔆🔆🔆 If you have been distracted, upset, pulled into other people’s complaints, and it’s STUNTING YOUR OWN POSITIVE GROWTH, please take a moment to ask yourself WHY. 😐 Then ask if it’s USEFUL for you to be distracted and taken away from your important work (art, writing, painting, music, etc.). The answer always is NO – it’s not useful to stop doing the good stuff to focus on the bad stuff. 🙃 And then re-direct your attention back to what you have control over; your OWN projects, the things that are most important to YOU. 😀😀😀 November 1st is upon us. You have 60 days left in 2020. Don’t let anyone HI-JACK your creativity and time anymore. TAKE CONTROL! 👊 This year has been rough, but it doesn’t have to end that way. If you’ve been OVERWHELMED: CLEAN UP AND CLEAR OUT all the little things that you want to have complete before January 1st. 🔆 FOCUS on what you can do, now, to improve your life in big and little ways. 🔆 FINISH those things that you started and got pulled away from. 🔆 Unfinished things weigh heavy on us. Things like: 🌵paintings that are not yet completed 🌵piles of stuff that needs to be sorted 🌵phone calls that haven’t been made 🌵apologies that you want to give 🌵🌵🌵 IF YOU'RE THINKING: SOUNDS GOOD BUT THERE'S JUST TOO MUCH: here's an easy solution. 💃 LIST the top 3 things that you COMMIT TO to complete so that you can start the new year with a fresh slate🍾 🔆 And, if there is something on your “incomplete list” that you decide NOT to do, then remove it from your mind forever.
