Yesterday was something else, and gave me a whole new perspective on the diversity of the lowrider community. I was fortunate to attend a “Last Cruise” service for Junior, a local lowrider I’ve never met. His friends, family and church congregated for the event to celebrate his memory. I met people from Mexico, California, Texas, Arizona, Colorado and all around New Mexico. It was obvious in all the conversations I had that Junior had a great influence on our community from being a leader in the car club, member of the church choir, a jokester, and someone that would give anything to help someone else. The energy was strong and as you can see exciting. I realized there’s still a lot to learn about my community and the motto to never judge a book by its cover still stands true. #RIPJunior #LastCruise • • • #igersabq #instagramersnm #lowriderlifestyle #burque #lowridermagazine #memorialcruise #urbanomatrix #citykillerz #streets_vision #huffpostgram#shootermag #takingovercarclub #streetphotobw #bw_divine #jj_blackwhite #rsa_bnw #bws_worldwide #streetphoto (at South Valley, New Mexico) https://www.instagram.com/p/Bw3cs9_lG9j/?igshid=v9x393h7jk2h
