Starter for lastofkrypton

Krypton was the name of a planet that the Doctor hadn’t heard in a long time. It was destroyed, just a few months before the Time War had started for completely unrelated reasons. The Doctor had visited a few times and even tried to prevent it’s destruction, unable to do so due to the nature of the fixed point in time. So it came as a surprise when the Doctor heard there was someone from the planet in National City. Of course he had go to see it for himself.
He walked out of the TARDIS and looked around, getting out the sonic screwdriver to scan for signs of alien technology. Of course, there weren’t any. “That’s a bit odd,” he stated. It wouldn’t be that odd if he didn’t know for a fact there was at least one alien living in the city. He decided it would be best to head out into the city and explore when he saw the woman flying above. “Well, I think I might have found the person I’m looking for,” the Doctor grinned. While he knew it was possible that someone from Krypton might have side effects due to Earth’s sun, he didn’t quite imagine anything like that and he was excited to find out more.
