Hungarian Laszlo Cseh, 35, placed 7th in the men's 200m IM tonight in his fifth Olympics. You may recognize him from watching Michael Phelps swim -- Laszlo was always right there in the same finals.
I think I like him so much because I like thinking about all the possibilities that probably haunt him. If Mike doesn't get put in the pool at 11 years old and Ryan Lochte is just a TOUCH lazier than he was, Laszlo Cseh is the greatest swimmer of all time.
After the race Laszlo posted on his instagram that the 200IM final was his last race. It was a joy to watch him all these years and he retires as a favorite!!
