I suppose you could say the design is a bit of a tribute to Marie Antoinette, a terribly misrepresented woman who payed the ultimate price for negative propaganda. The design's intent is to draw attention to the lies and falsehoods she suffered during her time as Queen, resulting in her beheading, and enduring on even today with the popular misconception that she once uttered the phrase "Let them eat cake".
