A Toast

First...

Think back to the times where we held hands, spoke our own language and couldn't get enough of the taste on our lips.

Remember the nights we were apart but spoke all night. Don't forget the days in which we were grateful to be alive.

The songs we would sing and the fights we yearned to make up for. When you promised love was always worth the dive. 

Never tell anyone about the memories I wish did not constantly reminisce. 

Then...

Hope to genuinely appreciate what once belonged to you and me.

Because as much as I'd like to say I've moved on, you'll always be my sea.
