Guess The Game

Fluff. Prompt 6 “Please, just kiss me already.” - Shigaraki Tomura

“Okay,” Tomura sighs, throwing his head back, “what’s the point of this?”

Shigaraki Tomura sits in front of you, legs crossed and a bored expression on his face. You peer over his shoulder and try to spy at what’s on his screen. He holds a switch in his hand, blue and red joycons held carefully with a pinky up. A character somewhat resembling him stands and answers questions.

“The point is,” you start, looking back at your own switch, the little animal villagers walking around, “is to have fun.” You look at your own island and nudge his shoulder, stretching your legs in front of you. “We always play your games, so I was hoping we could play a game of my choosing.”

He hums in response. “I guess so.” He nudges your arm and you look over. “I don’t know what to name it.”

You peer over, and stick the tip of your tongue out. “No ideas?” He gives you a look and you shrug. “Just making sure. Maybe you can name it after your loved one?” You throw your head on his shoulder and give out a thoughtful hum. “I wonder who that could be?” He remains silent and you hold onto his arm. “Oh I do wonder.”

“Named it,” he says, quickly skipping to the next cutscene. He pulls his game away when you try to take another peek. “You don’t get to look. When you visit then you can but other than that,” he trials off, looking down at his starting island. “It's real time, right?”

You smile and nod your head. “Yes," you drag out, walking around the island. "We can play together. It'll be a cute couple thing."

"I don't know why you insist on doing couple things like we're a normal couple." You give him a side glance. "You know as well as I do that we can't-"

"Stop being such a grump Tomura. It's still cute to do some things together. We don't have to go on dates or at least anything extravagant. This is fun. You know you like being around me doing fun, couple things."

He grumbles in response, hand moving around and you look over for a second before returning to your own. You both sit in silence, the soft tune from the games synching in after a short while and you lean further into the bed, legs crossing over his, and squirming until you lie in a comfortable position with your Switch positioned over your head.

You feel his eyes on you, and his own legs move, yours inching upwards in the process. He clicks his tongue and sighs.

"Something wrong?" You ask, eyes focused on your game.

"It's going to fall on your face, you know." He scoots further up the bed and nudges your console an inch down, coming loose in your grasp.

"Well now, it's going to fall 'cause you jinxed it," you snark holding it tighter in your grasp.

"You're snappy."

"No, I'm not," you sing, moving away from him when his hand reaches towards you. "I'm busy playing a game. If memory serves correctly, you always act like this when you play."

"You're angry about the couple comment," he concludes. You open your mouth and he interjects. "I do enjoy doing couple things with you- or at least the most that we can." He turns his head. "Look, I know I can't take you out in dates- yet but one day I will and we can do the whole couple experience- sweaters and rings and-"

"Please, just kiss me already." You lean forward. "The more you try to explain, the cuter you get."

"Really?"

"Sort of." You see-saw your hands. "I just want a kiss."

He huffs and rolls his eyes, leaning closer to him. You shuffle towards him and his arm throws itself over your shoulder in a limp hold. He presses a light kiss on you before pulling away, giving a coy smile at your frown.

"Hurry up and come over. I want fruit and recipes." He returns back to the console, chuckling when you give a light pat on his chest.
