WIFM (What’s in it for me): It’s all about real-estate – position, position, position. The front page is your goal, when your potential customer is looking for you, with the word that signifies you, “dance studio (for example only)”, when an individual uses a search engine and types those words, you want to be on the front page (1st page). 

This creates more opportunities for you, your business and more return for your investment (the business).
