Most people in America do not fully invest themselves in injustices and conflicts that may not directly impact them. Acts of discrimination, hatred, and injustice against our friends, family, and peers are acts that I believe should no longer be tolerated. Racial and ethnic imbalances can be seen anywhere and anytime, one example is in the food community. More than often when it comes to fair advantages, Caucasians are more privileged and have unfair advantages over African Americans and Latinos. Ace of Shades is a platform to help uplift, support, and showcase all of the talented and amazing African American and Latino chefs. Ace of Shades will provide you with the stories of amazing chefs, restaurant owners, food vendors, and food bloggers.
