@wholesomecryptidart has inspired me to make a pair of lati ocs too

since Benga (for some reason) has a latios/latias depending on if you either have black or white 2 i took the opportunity to make ocs out of them!

Ratchet and Fang are a young pair of lati that found their way in unova's forest living there until discovered by Benga who was out looking for wild pokemon. They hit it off as the pokemon were very playful and just as hyper as Benga is, later he returned to his mother's wildlife pokemon rescue clinic with a pair of bird dragons.
