I just re-read some of the emails that I sent Laura when I saw her outpatient and I am legitimately so embarrassed by how emotionally unstable I was. I don’t know how she dealt with me for multiple months. How does anyone deal with me for multiple months.

i agree. it really did seem like it was meant to be one series which is why im surprised that everyone else is so surprised it wasn't getting a second? they made it so it had a beginning and an end for that purpose (even with the cliffhanger, which is a classic trope for horror/thriller genres to have an open end like that)

yeah i always assumed it was just going to be one series so when they started talking about a second series i was more surprised. and it’s not like they left it on a huge cliffhanger. they left it open just enough that if it did come back you’d want to know more, but they wrapped up the main storyline so you’re not left hanging wondering what happened to nathan/charlotte/gabriel/red coat woman y’know?
