the old Jesus Wall Studio was as if out of my strange dreams. A place I met before I ever entered it. A cold, beautiful, lonely, crazy, turquise setting, up some grey old stairs which lead to a quiet roof, busy with light from the yellow dusty streets. A forgotten, unwanted world. The city, always moving, but silent. And all the people's thoughts and lives as though were felt. Inside, as if daylight broke through the old windows, to reveal a world, out of this reality in which I was destined to live. By God. And the photographer who would remain my friend, in spite of everything that came between us, or the trouble we would both get in. In this great city. My life is Love.
