I'm not really sure about all of them, tbh... I kinda think the first one looks way too much like St Pauli's style.

However, I wanted him to look like a cool teacher at some points in his life. Why? Because he was a university lecturer from 2003/4 to 2014 (to complement Freiburg who was a university student most of the time), and a student for a long time before that, too.

I like to think he was openly queer, and was okay with deep discussions about "controversial" topics. He also didn't accuse students for being "lazy" if they don't come to class or are late with assignments. He is generous with extensions and extra credits. He doesn't threaten students or gets overly familiar with them. He doesn't preach religion and bigotry in his classes. He tried his best to make his students feel safe (especially those in minority groups). Basically, a respectful teacher I wish I could've had in school and university.
When the Reveal was actually going to be done, he cryptically told his students that he'd quit because he'd got an offer he couldn't refuse, as if he'd done a deal with the (red) devil >:3c
Obviously, some of his students were shocked when they recognized VfB Stuttgart as their professor, just with shorter, blonder hair. I like the idea of Stuggi having naturally brown hair, as per Chapter 11: Under the Spotlight of Bundeslihaha: Where Fussball Meets Fun. I think he bleached his hair willingly in one of the Loose Canons, though.
In contrast to his university lecturer persona, VfB Stuttgart the personification acts like a snarky bad boy. Or even a frat boy, who would dunk Freiburg in the swimming pool of the Bundeslihaus, and had no end of quips, and is a horny couple with 1. FC Kaiserslautern 😈
He taught engineering stuff related to automobiles, of course. He's great at physics and mechanics and the like. I even made a "My lecturer is VfB Stuttgart?" post on an in-universe subreddit!

Also, I kinda imagine, maybe Stuttgart was a prosecutor, while Karlsruhe (the Law Guy) was a defense attorney, for a time, just to make it funnier. Or vice versa. But that's too silly... right? xD
Now I'm thinking of pre-reveal Karlsruher SC being tired of unjust laws, and want to fight it, but not able to support himself without the high income of the law sector. Especially if he is undergoing medical transition, e.g. surgery... but that should be saved for another day!
