A watercolor painting of a Lavasioth from MHW. I started playing the Monster Hunter series again and it's been fun. I think I'll do more paintings of some of the other monsters as well.
Creature 16: Turtle-Of-Fire
- Type D
- Spiky ends.
- Shell made of lava.
- Lives near volcanos or warm places.
- Calm, but impulsive.
- Can live for hundreds of years.
- Lives in group.
- Very fast, so very hard to hunt.
(If you don’t know, I made characters design based on each color. One of those characters, Nikklas (based on the color grey), is from another univers where something happened that mutated some animals, insects, objects, etc. So, I made some creatures design and made up some description of them.
Also, in that univers, they use another language that I also made up. It’s based on french, but without any conjugation, gender, the letters C and H, etc. So, I wrote the description in that language because I wanted to make every design look like it was from a grimoire or an encyclopedia of all those creatures.)

I was trying out a new style with this picture when i made it. I had allot of fun! and will probably use this style again in the future.

Literally sacrificed 5 hours just to make this shizz. This looks nothing like the reboot. That's Ben as Heatblast and Rara as Firefell, in case you're wondering. These two don't know their true identities, but does encounter each other as a human in a different appearance. And, this scene you're seeing right now, is how Ben and Rara encounter each other for the first time. With Ben thinking Rara is his rival for saving the world, to the point he thought Rara is trying to replace him. In this scene, Firefell wanted to get this over with by teamwork (when she found Heatblast is also trying to save the world), but Heatblast then reasons her over that he should save the frozen city by solo. This plot is also same to the Original Series, but with certain differences. Like, it took them 4 transformations to realize they're both encountering the same person this whole time in Reboot version, while in OS, just 3 transformations before realization. I'll be making more scenes relating to this plot and you'll get what I'm tryna to show here. I created a monster girl
P much she surrounds herself w/ water cause otherwise the lava underneath her rock skin will burst through and destroy her and a bunch of things in the surrounding area.
When her speices is created it’s underwater till they’re old enough to learn how to use water magic so they can go to the surface. Oftentimes they get mistaken as rock golem babys when they are young and get taken out of the water to early resulting in destruction.
