Today we ventured out to Santa Monica Pier. Of course Finn never wanted to take a picture and found a Batman game. It was pretty busy today but I hear the LA marathon is coming up. We ate at Bubba's Shrimp Shack and got ice cream. We didn't hit up the beach this go round though Finn really wanted to. Depending on the rest of the week we go back or Malibu. I didn't get the sunset I wanted because of the clouds but Santa Monica is pretty darn nice. Trying to take more pics but to busy taking in the sights. #LAvacation #santamonica

Day 2! Today we ventured to Disneyland! It was fun but really really crowded and tight. Finn hated walking and needed to be carried and also didn't really want to get on anything mostly because he didn't enjoy standing in line but I have a tall 3 yr old because he reached the 40in height required for most rides. He got to meet Mickey and throughly enjoyed Star Tours and Space Mountain which gave me anxiety. In the picture I let go but I swore I was holding on to him because I was scared he'd come out the seat. Tomorrow we were going to do Universal but decided to take a break and do the Rose Garden(?) instead. We'll do Universal later this week and possibly Griffin park and the Hollywood sign. California is not at all like I expected but shit man the stories about traffic is real!
