Ingredients: 1 Nespresso capsule intensity of your choice. 1 tablespoon culinary lavender buds. 1 cup water. 1 cup ice cubes. 1-2 tablespoons simple syrup adjust to taste. Milk or cream optional, to taste.
Instructions: Brew the Nespresso capsule according to your preference and set aside to cool. In a small saucepan, bring water to a gentle simmer. Remove from heat and add lavender buds. Let steep for 10-15 minutes, then strain and discard the lavender buds. In a glass, combine the brewed Nespresso coffee, lavender-infused water, and simple syrup. Stir well.
