My professor: don’t worry about case names, just know the doctrines.

The exam: which case was heard after 1990 and in which the case struck down a law under one doctrine but could have passed under the commerce clause?

Lmfao my day today:

-Left my apartment at 7:15. 

-Got to my car and it won’t start-late to work by about 35 min

-Leave work to go do intake at a rehab facility for my clinic placement

-End up staying there over an hour past when we were scheduled to leave

-Get to my car-engine is FUCKED, I’m talking weird grinding sound, flashing lights, the works

-Wait 45 min for AAA

-My car gets towed, give my keys to AAA worker, keys go away with my car

-I DID NOT REMOVE MY APARTMENT KEYS FROM MY CAR KEYS-CAN’T GET INTO MY APARTMENT 

-Go to my friends house, order food in an attempt to make less work for her

-Food never actually gets delivered 

-started my period

Literally I have been working since 6:30AM this morning and I still have shit ton to do. I had 3L year with every fucking fiber of my being. Don’t do clinic and write your note in the same semester kids. It makes hell look like a fucking preschool classroom.
