I don't want to buried this one. You're not a waste of my time my dear. This is a law post, supposedly. Enjoy reading.

  BUSINESS, this is the place for dreams, wealth, happiness, victories and defeats. This is the place where I live.  We are like family here. As a matter of fact we all have the surname CORPORATION and our father was MR. ESSIE SY. He was authoritarian. He controlled us. He always gave his DOs and DONTs and that was called CORPORATION CODE, which we need to obey most. Disobeying him will give you a nightmare.

    Being one of the sons and daughters of Mr. Essie Sy will give you powers, rights that only Corporation have. It was stated in Corporation Code, Sec 36.

    But being named CORPORATION was not that easy and that’s my problem for my Little Angel beneath my belly. Can he survive in this world? Sooner I and my husband are going to have him. We are excited and at the same time frightened on the day he will come in our life. From my last visit on my doctor I saw in the sepia colored screen the image of our Angel. Tiny INCORPORATORS started to form. I giggle when I saw that because there was life inside me. But my fear also started to rise because I don’t what him to have the same fortune as DE FACTO and ESTOPPEL.

    DE FACTO, a good looking man from the south. He said he came in business to registered himself as Corporation, but he need to wait for a month before officially having our name. Even unidentified we recognized him as one of us. Here in Business he met this young sophisticated lady named Miley Bag. They go out together, share stories and laughed at the same time. We thought they’ll end up as couple. But everybody in Business was shocked from gossip that Miley Bag suite cases on De Facto. Miley said that her skin was irritated after using the lotion given by De Facto. On defense De Facto said that Miley can’t file cases on him because it was Miss Mava Ho who gave him the lotion, so he appealed to set a case on Ms. Ho, but that court said that he can’t because he doesn’t have the personality of being a Corporation even though De Facto had already submitted his Article of Incorporation. Poor Mr. De Facto!

    In Business, a young man once again arrived introduced himself as ESTOPPEL CORPORATION. Unlike De Facto, he looks like a gangster. Miss Mae Tim hanged up with this young man. As expected he will not do good. Ms. Tim went in court and files a case accusing him for poisoning. According to her, Estoppel gave him milk cake but when she ate it, her mouth form bubbles. At the same time Mr. Essie Sy said that he was not registered as part of the Corporation Family. He represents the Corporation Family in bad faith. So during trial Estoppel didn’t defend his self.

    As a mother I don’t want it to happen on my child. I touch my belly and feel my Angel’s heartbeat—Wait! My back is aching! Blood was running down my legs. “HUSBAND!” I yell. My husband hurriedly lifts me from the chair and brings me to the hospital. It was the day we’ve been waiting for.

  I give birth to an angelic healthy baby boy. My husband immediately arranged the papers for our son’s incorporation. He went to Mr. Essie Sy. After a month our son will be a legitimate CORPORATION. I know my son achieve all his purpose in life without violating the law. All that he’ll do was in accordance with the Corporation Code. “My Angel I can’t wait to see you grow up and become successful. I know you can”, I said as I watch him sleep inside the nursery room.

  My eyes were caught by a woman crying in the hallway. Why is she crying?

  I came beside her and ask, “Miss, are you okay?”

She shook her head and tears stream down again her cheeks.

I grabbed her and hugged.

“I lost my child.” She said between sobs. I pat her back to calm her down. “It was just two years. Once we had his authorization of being a Corporation, he became ill. He can’t do what other young corporation do.”

I choose not to interfere with her and just listen. So she continued. “And after two years, he left us.”

I feel sorry for this woman. I know the feeling of losing someone you love. Before, I have a sister. When she was eight she died. On her first three years we used to play. She was active like other young corporation but after 3 years she got sick. She counted 5 years before finally leaving us.

  That’s our life here in Business. We all have 50 years to fulfill. Once we have our recognition of being Corporation we need to do our purpose if after 2 years we don’t do anything we will die. If we tried to work but failed, we wait for 5 years before we die. That’s life so short.

  After a month, our son was now a CORPORATION. Mr. Essie Sy called for a special meeting because of what happened for the past few weeks. He said that there were lapses on the management, and all fault was blame to the Board of Director (BOD)s. So the whole Corporation was given notice to attend the Special meeting. Those who can come send their proxies or gave notices to have proxies so that their votes will be counted. After reporting that there was a quorum, we go to the voting process. There shall be votes of the majority to have the position. We now have new BOD.

  After the meeting we prepared for our son’s by laws so that he has all the requirements of being a Corporation. I can’t wait for his triumphs!
