ive never been so scared of another human bein the way i was fuckin off set by this woman whos energy could only be equated to the way an old abandoned building smells.

she was mad about her layaway being missin n she was so fuckin angry she felt like those old unkept homes that just have angry spirits.. like the ones that dont wanna move on. the floor was giving way and the walls are long since peeled. the ones where you NEED a mask to get filtered air.
by the time she spoke to me that energy had calmed but its understandable WHY she was upset. her fuckin layaway was just.. GONE her 30days werent even up. so someone fucked her over, either they threw it back bc they werent payin attention or someone just didnt fuckin care to file it proper[her number was in the go backs so one of these things had to have been a truth] n that SUCKS!
she spent the money she had thinkin she could come back but no someone fucked her shit.
this isnt just a customer issue either, this shit has happened to the staff as well! like whoever is doin this[if its 1 or more people] theyre assholes n someone[managers or higher ups] need to do somethin cause i think theyre about to have an influx of upset customers about layaways soon...
i just dont think she should have fussed at the MOD + Cashier[not the same one from the scammer post this lady was on the floor that night]
