I told myself starting back I wanted to bench 315lbs by the end of the year, but after getting 300 on Sunday, I now upped that to 350lbs. I know to several, that is nothing, and I feel like a pussy even writing it. But that would be an all time high for me. My boys think I can carry the world on my shoulders. While I know I can't actually do that , that doesn't mean I'm not gonna try to.
