It doesn't always work, but most of the time it does. You can make it a freeze game and randomly pause sometimes, and everyone has to freeze. Been fun way to motivate doing chores.

There is a trick I learned, you let the kids be bored for ~30 minutes, then they find something to do and aren't bored anymore. Has worked 100% of the time for me. If I don't want them playing tablets or watching tv... only 30 minutes for them to "figure it out". Anyone else have good tricks?

I do love sleep, and sometimes I am not in the mood. But it is fun to have your kids want to play with your so much they yank you from your bed. Makes me feel loved.
